CATERING AND ENOTOURISM.
The Reynolds family has been producing quality wines in the Alentejo since 1850. During all those years they have been moved not only by the quality of their wines but the love of the region, its lands, architecture and excellent food. They have had the pleasure of receiving visitors interested in sharing the beauty of the farm and winery, as well as testing the excellent traditional North Alentejo gastronomy and the Reynolds unique wines. The property boasts a large and understated hall which can be used for all types of events, from wine tasting, company meetings and wedding receptions.
A VERY SPECIAL KITCHEN.
The kitchen has an enormous natural slate table at its heart and is the perfect place for groups of friends and families looking to ‘eat in the kitchen’, just as they used to do in the old times on the farms. This way guests can see how traditional Alentejo dishes are cooked over the fire and in the oven. All dishes are cooked by a slow burning Spanish oak wood fire; mainly using the natural products of the farm. It is a real tribute to the old country cuisine and a prime example of real ‘slow food’ and the art of dedicating time to the preparation of traditional dishes.
