Tasting notes

Color: Dark red with a black core. Aroma: Noble and pure bouquet, wild berries and spices.
Taste: Elegant but powerful, young and creamy tannins, very sweet fruit extract, beautiful minerality, final with a very long-lasting mouth. Great potential for aging.

A pleasure with appetizers of strong and intense flavor, any meal of red meats mainly stewed or baked in the oven, game meat, cod dishes and buttery cheese type Serra da Estrela. Interesting experience with dark chocolate with 70% or more of cocoa. Improvement if opened and decanted 15 minutes before serving. It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
