Preamble
- 1.ºThese general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between Reynolds Wine Growers SA, with registered office at Monte Figueira de Cima, 7340-112 Arronches, under the single registration and corporate identification number 505 330 520, hereinafter referred to as REYNOLDS WINE GROWERS, and the individuals who wish to make purchases through the website www.ReynoldsWineGrowers.com, hereinafter referred to as the “User”.
- 2.ºThe parties agree that purchases made through the website www.ReynoldsWineGrowers.com shall be governed exclusively by this contract, to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website.
ARTICLE 1 – SUBJECT MATTER
- These general terms and conditions of sale are intended to provide and define all the necessary information for the User regarding the procedures for ordering, selling, payment, and provision of service or delivery of purchases made on the website www.ReynoldsWineGrowers.com.
- These conditions govern all the steps required to place an order and ensure the follow-up of that order/service provision between the Contracting Parties.
ARTICLE 2 – ORDERING
- The User completes their order by following the purchase process presented on the website www.ReynoldsWineGrowers.com, adding the product(s) or service(s) they wish to order to the shopping cart:
- To submit your order, the User must:
- Register on the website www.ReynoldsWineGrowers.com, providing the requested information.
- Log in (providing the email and password combination chosen by the User at the time of registration).
- Complete the information and select the options made available throughout the checkout process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the taxpayer number and the name you wish to appear on the invoice for tax purposes).
- The final confirmation of the order by the User constitutes full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products/services available for sale, as well as of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which shall be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.
- REYNOLDS WINE GROWERS will honour online orders up to the limit of available stock. In the event of unavailability of the product/service, REYNOLDS WINE GROWERS undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.
- The information contained in the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with any changes.
- Order requests are valid for 24 hours, except when the order is placed under a promotional campaign that specifies a different period. Beyond this period, the service, prices, discounts, promotions, and offers cannot be guaranteed. If payment is not received by our services within the stated period, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will either be refunded or applied to a new order.
ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT

- On the website www.ReynoldsWineGrowers.com, REYNOLDS WINE GROWERS offers the User the following payment methods via Easypay – Instituição de Pagamento Lda:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
- Multibanco reference;
- Bank transfer;
- In the case of payment by credit card, the charge will be made to the User’s card immediately after confirmation of the shipment of the goods. If any of the ordered products are out of stock, their value will be credited to the User’s card after the order is closed.
ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY / AVAILABILITY AND CONSUMPTIO
- Order deliveries will be made within 3 working days after the order is placed. Delivery is carried out by the company NACEX.
- Shipping costs may be added to the order. VALUES TO BE INDICATED
- The service will be made available after confirmation of payment.
ARTICLE 5 – PRICES
- Prices are expressed in Euros, with taxes and duties included, taking into account the VAT rate in force on the date of payment of the order.
- If there is an increase in the price of any product/service, the User will be informed immediately and may choose either to receive their order (by paying the difference) or to cancel it.
ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
- The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by REYNOLDS WINE GROWERS. The request must be submitted in writing to the contact email club@gloriareynolds.com within 30 days of the order. Instructions regarding the cancellation or refund of the amount paid and/or the return of the goods will be provided and defined by REYNOLDS WINE GROWERS through the same means of communication.
- Whenever possible, the refund will be made using the same payment method. If this is not possible, the User must provide proof of payment and proof of account or card ownership so that the refund can be issued by bank transfer.
- REYNOLDS WINE GROWERS undertakes to reimburse the User within a maximum period of 30 days.
- Returned products must be in saleable condition, meaning in the same state in which they were received by the User, without any anomaly or damage.
- If the value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is lower or higher than the original value, the adjustment conditions will be indicated by REYNOLDS WINE GROWERS.
ARTICLE 7 – APPLICABLE LAW
- All purchases made on the REYNOLDS WINE GROWERS website are subject to Portuguese law. Any conflict or divergence in the interpretation of the Online General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be submitted to the competent Portuguese court.
- If the Customer is located outside mainland Portugal, REYNOLDS WINE GROWERS hereby informs that any legal proceedings must be brought exclusively before the Portuguese Courts.
- Pursuant to Article 18 of Law No. 144/2015 of 8 September, it is hereby informed that the available Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity is the Lisbon Consumer Conflict Arbitration Centre, with the following contacts:
