A VERY SPECIAL

KITCHEN

The kitchen, a wonderful space centred around a large slate table, is the perfect place for groups of friends and families who wish to “eat in the kitchen,” just as it was done in the countryside in the old days.

Here, guests can watch traditional Alentejo dishes being prepared — either in the oven or over the fire — while enjoying the starters.
The dishes are cooked slowly, over holm oak firewood, and most are made with natural ingredients produced on the estate.
A true homage to the old countryside cuisine and a celebration of taking time to cook — the essence of slow food.
